Yin-Bing-Shi Tea House, Black/Green/Oolong Milk Tea (飲冰室茶集紅、綠和烏龍奶茶 )

這算是台灣人國民飲料，飲料瓶身旁的詩集文選，陪著台灣人度過一些青澀的學生時代，口味也是很耐喝的。（個人偏好烏龍）This is considered a national beverage for Taiwanese people. The poetry and literary selections on the bottle have accompanied many through their youthful student days. The flavors are also enduringly enjoyable.(I like Oolong)

Original 一般｜Green Tea綠茶

個人偏好綠茶，因為口味比較特別，喝起來不會太甜有淡淡的茶味，還有蘆薈果實。I personally prefer green tea flavor because it has a unique flavor. It is not too sweet and has a light tea taste, along with aloe vera pieces.

3:15 PM Boba Milk Tea Instant Packs 三點一刻珍珠奶茶包

這是一個可以把珍珠奶茶帶回家的很可愛的發明，雖然珍珠真的不太還原，但是總是能在某個不想出門的日子解解饞或是懷念台灣的小日子。

This is a cute invention that allows you to bring boba milk tea home. Although the boba might not be perfectly replicated, it always satisfies your cravings on days when you don't feel like going out or when you're reminiscing about your time in Taiwan.

Tea 茶 : Sun Moon Lake Black Tea, Alishan Oolong Tea

台灣茶真的很棒，我特別喜歡日月潭的紅茶，日治時期日本人建造的紅茶製造所，在台灣的中心醞釀了一杯充滿蜜香的紅茶。新竹一帶產東方美人茶也是曾經受到英國女王認可的冠軍茶，貴但是真的很好喝。阿里山烏龍茶是台灣遠近馳名的烏龍茶，台灣烏龍茶是曾經在19世紀外銷全世界的國際品牌，獨特的烘培技術讓台灣烏龍茶有著許多不同的口味，就像是咖啡豆一樣不一樣的烘焙程度就會帶有不一樣的氣味口感。Taiwanese tea is truly exceptional. I particularly love the black tea from Sun Moon Lake. During the Japanese colonial period, the Japanese established a black tea manufacturing plant there, producing a tea with a delightful honey fragrance in the heart of Taiwan. The Oriental Beauty tea from the Hsinchu area is also noteworthy; it was once recognized as a champion tea by the British Queen. Though it is pricey, it is incredibly delicious. Alishan Oolong tea is another famous Taiwanese tea. In the 19th century, Taiwanese Oolong tea was an international brand exported worldwide. The unique roasting techniques give Taiwanese Oolong tea a variety of flavors, much like coffee beans, where different roasting levels result in different aromas and tastes.

這對於台灣人來說，這不僅僅是一種零食，更像是一種信仰。人們習慣將它放在各種需要順利運作的機器上，像是希望它能帶來順利與順心，讓一切都能順利進行，並且帶有一點點祈求的意味。這種習慣反映了台灣文化中對於傳統與信仰的重視，讓這些小小的習俗變得更具象徵意義，超越了單純的食品消費。For Taiwanese people, this is more like a belief than just a snack. It is often placed on machines or objects that we hope will function smoothly, with the wish that they will work properly. This practice reflects the importance of tradition and faith in Taiwanese culture, where small customs like this take on symbolic significance, transcending the simple act of eating.

Lian-Hwa Pea Cracker 可樂果

意外地，許多外國旅人也很喜歡這款零食，他們表示它非常適合搭配啤酒。 Interestingly, many foreign travelers unexpectedly enjoy this snack and say it pairs perfectly with beer.

Lian-Hwa Jenyowe Squid Cracker 真魷味

聯華出品的產品總是能捕捉到經典的台灣味道。這款鹹甜口味，帶有一絲魚露的風味，十分美味。 Lian Hwa's products always capture the classic flavors of Taiwan. This one is savory and sweet with a hint of fish sauce, making it incredibly delicious.

I-Mei Cream Puffs 義美小泡芙

RCMD: Strawberry 草莓, Milk Tea厚奶茶

這大概是遠近馳名的外交伴手禮了，草莓和厚奶茶口味都非常香，甜度適中，口感順口。如果不知道從哪裡開始，建議可以先從便利商店的義美小泡芙開始品嚐。

This is probably the most famous gift. The strawberry and milk tea flavors are both very fragrant, with the perfect level of sweetness, making them very easy to enjoy. If you’re not sure where to start, you can begin with I-Mei mini cream puffs from a convenience store.

雪花酥Snowflake cake

雪花酥是一種以棉花糖為主要原料製成的酥餅，口感帶有嚼勁，類似於美國童軍食譜中的 Graham Cracker Sandwich，但台灣版本通常僅保留了中間的柔軟餡料，並發展出多種創新口味。
Snowflake Cake is a chewy, marshmallow-based pastry that originated from the American Boy Scouts’ Graham Cracker Sandwich recipe. However, the Taiwanese version typically consists only of the soft filling and has evolved into various unique flavors.

其中，珍奶口味相當特別，融合了紅茶的香氣與珍珠的Q彈口感，令人驚喜。以台灣品牌來說，新東陽的雪花酥表現相對優異，而福源號的花生雪花餅則是一大亮點，將其招牌花生醬巧妙融入雪花酥中，風味濃郁且契合。
One particularly noteworthy flavor is bubble milk tea, which captures the rich aroma of black tea and the chewy texture of tapioca pearls, creating a delightful surprise. Among Taiwanese brands, Hsin Tung Yang’s snowflake cake is relatively well-made, while Fuyuan Peanut Snowflake Cake stands out for its exceptional flavor, incorporating its signature peanut butter seamlessly into the pastry.
此外，虹吸諾雅溫泉飯店的芒果雪花餅亦值得推薦，口感軟硬適中，搭配香甜的芒果乾，層次豐富，是一款令人印象深刻的甜點。
Another remarkable version is the Mango Snowflake Cake from Hoshinoya Guguan, which has a perfectly balanced texture—neither too hard nor too soft—complemented by the natural sweetness of dried mango, making it a truly memorable treat.

Taiwan TTL Hua Tiao Chicken Noodle(台酒花雕雞泡麵)

台灣泡麵的特色之一就是口味多樣，這款是台酒公司推出的經典款，裡面還真的有肉塊哦。

One of the unique features of Taiwanese instant noodles is the variety of flavors. This one is a classic from Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation, and it actually contains real meat. If you love it and wanna take it back, plz check your country's import regulations.

Uni President Instant Noodles（來一客泡麵）

RCMD: Seafood 鮮蝦海鮮

這款是經典的小杯泡麵，也是總統欽點的宵夜小品。我個人喜歡鮮蝦海鮮口味。

Classic small cup noodle, favored by the president as a midnight snack. My personal favorite flavor: Seafood.

Uni President Instant Rice Noodles（統一肉燥米粉）

米粉泡麵是台灣獨特的特色之一，尤其是這種風味在小吃攤非常常見，有機會的話可以試試看。Rice noodle instant noodles are a unique Taiwanese specialty, and this flavor is commonly found at street food stalls. If you get the chance, be sure to give it a try.

全家白酒蛤蜊義大利麵

全家最愛的微波便當就是義大利麵，尤其是白酒蛤蜊，超讚！蛤蜊超多，味道也剛剛好鹹，而且一碗有44公克蛋白質，超級健身友善。

✨面膜推薦

這邊是我常用的面膜，主要是保濕為主，因為通常都是帶團曬到受不了才會想來一片。平常保養就是洗臉、乳液。偶爾打皮秒雷射。

This is the facial mask I often use, mainly for hydration. I usually reach for one after long days of leading tours under the sun, when my skin feels overwhelmed. My regular skincare routine is just cleansing and applying lotion. Occasionally, I also get picosecond laser treatments.開架面膜真的很實用，我從國中就開始嘗試。不過因為我是容易過敏的膚質，所以不能隨便亂用。後來試了很多之後，也慢慢開始注意成分。香精幾乎無法避免，防腐劑也難以避免，只能一次次嘗試。最後挑來挑去，還是覺得這兩個牌子用起來最舒服。Drugstore facial masks are really convenient and effective. I started trying them back in junior high school, but with sensitive skin, I have to be cautious and can’t just use anything. In the end, after trying different options, I also began paying attention to the ingredient lists. Fragrances are unavoidable, and preservatives can’t really be escaped, so it’s a process of trial and error. Eventually, I found these TWO brands to be more comfortable for my skin.

提提研TTM 補水藍臉黑盒Hydra-intense Mask

敷起來的精華質地真的偏濃稠，但吸收速度還算快，不需要等到天荒地老。最驚喜的是，隔天早上起床時，肌膚看起來特別水潤透亮。
The essence feels a bit richer and thicker when you put it on, but it absorbs pretty quickly—you don’t have to wait forever. The best part is waking up the next morning with skin that looks fresh, dewy, and glowing.

提提研淺藍盒TTM Hydration Boosting Mask

「三明治面膜紙」我第一次用的時候還鬧了笑話，只撕掉一層，結果把另一層紙也敷在臉上(´▽｀)。不過回到正題，它的本體真的非常薄又服貼，而且完全沒有香精味，對像我這種容易過敏的肌膚來說，算是很安心的一款。

The first time I tried this “sandwich-style” sheet mask, I actually made a silly mistake—I only peeled off one layer and ended up putting the other paper layer on my face too (´▽｀). But back to the point: the mask itself is super thin and fits really well. Plus, it’s completely fragrance-free, which makes it feel safe even for someone like me with sensitive, allergy-prone skin.
