I want my cookies as giant as skyscrapers. 熱量/Calories:450kcal/100g ◎ 2小時/HRs (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)預備食材 Ingredients 中筋麵粉All purpose flours: 200g 黑糖+白糖Borwn and whit sugar: 150g 奶油Unsalted Butter: 100g 雞蛋Egg : 1個 泡打粉Baking powder : 2g(泡打粉 小蘇打粉各1g) 香草精Vanilla Extract:(可略)2ml 鹽Salt 1g 1. 奶油融化把糖喇進攪勻 Melt the butter and blend with sugar. 2. 加入雞蛋、香草精攪攪拌 Add egg and vanilla extract 3. 加入過篩麵粉、泡打粉和鹽一起Play Play with flours, baking powder and salt. 4. 可在此加入巧克力碎片直到和樂融融放進去冷凍睡個一小時 You can add chocolate chips at this step and send to fridge for 30-60 mins. 5. 200度烤箱預熱10分鐘 Preheat the oven for 200 degrees and 10 mins. 6. 麵團拿出來 開始搓圓或方隨喜 Shape your dough. 7. 送入烤箱10分鐘 Bake for 10 -15 mins 熱熱吃很像小蛋糕,放涼後就是很讚的餅乾
