這家的鳳梨酥算是始祖伴手禮了吧，實體店位於南京三民站(G18)走路五分鐘就能到了，可以單顆購買也能整箱訂購，不知道買什麼話，這個就是你的保險名單。
This brand's pineapple cakes are considered the original souvenir. The brick-and-mortar store is just a five-minute walk from Nanjing Sanmin Station(G18). You can buy them individually or order by the box. If you are unsure of what to buy, this is your go-to choice.

推薦購買 鳳梨酥 和 草莓酥 經典和創新口味。
I recommend purchasing the pineapple cakes and strawberry cakes for a blend of classic and innovative flavors.

走進實體店店員會先奉茶跟送上一整顆鳳梨酥給你是吃，就像是去臺灣人家作客一樣親切。
特色是土鳳梨酥，使用純鳳梨去製作，口味偏酸甜，口感紮實。有時候會在便利商店販售兩顆一盒裝的。
When you walk into the brick-and-mortar store, the staff will first serve you tea and offer you a whole pineapple cake to enjoy, making you feel as welcome as a guest in a Taiwanese home. 
Their specialty is the pineapple cake, made with pure pineapple, giving it a slightly tart and sweet flavor with a dense texture. Occasionally, you can find them sold in convenience stores in boxes of two.

實體店是在板橋站(Y16)對於大多數的遊客來說會是偏遠，但這家的鳳凰酥真的是一絕，並且最近很常會在便利商店看到販售一整盒或是兩顆一盒的，便利了許多。鳳凰酥是將鹹蛋黃打碎揉進麵團裡，所以不會有很突兀的鹹味，反而能中和內餡的甜，達到一個平衡。小潘的餅皮則是偏軟容易掉屑，但不影響他的美味。The brick-and-mortar store is located at Banqiao Station (Y16), which might be considered a bit remote for most tourists. However, their Phoenix Cakes (Pineapple w/ Egg Yolk Cake)are truly exceptional. Recently, you can frequently find them in convenience stores, sold either in a whole box or in packs of two, making them much more accessible.
Phoenix Cakes are made by incorporating crushed salted egg yolk into the dough, which balances the sweetness of the filling without an overpowering salty taste. Xiao Pan's crust tends to be soft and crumbly, but this does not detract from its deliciousness.

實體店位於松江南京站（G15），這間很受日本人歡迎，包裝設計高雅精緻，體積比佳德小，口感。鳳梨酥系列總體來說，皮偏向餅乾與酥之間的口感，內餡甜度都不高。The brick-and-mortar store is located at Songjiang Nanjing Station (G15). This place is very popular among Japanese visitors due to its elegant and exquisite packaging design. The overall size is smaller than Chia Te, but the taste is equally delightful. The texture of their pineapple cake series strikes a balance between cookie-like and pastry-like, with fillings that are not overly sweet.

這家位於寧夏夜市旁的小小鳳梨酥店非常特別！可以現吃熱乎乎的鳳梨酥，非常吸引人。外皮像法式貓舌餅乾，輕薄酥脆，與甜甜的內餡搭配，非常美味。相較於佳德的鳳梨酥，它的甜度較高，皮也更酥脆，這樣的口感對於喜愛脆皮的人來說一定是加分項。This small pineapple cake shop located just five mins from Ningxia Night Market is truly special! You can enjoy a warm, freshly made pineapple cake, which is incredibly enticing. The outer crust is light, thin, and crispy, reminiscent of French langue de chat cookies, perfectly complementing the sweet filling inside. Compared to Chia-Te's pineapple cakes, this one is sweeter, with a firmer, crispier crust. This texture is definitely a bonus for those who love a crunchy exterior.
