This brand is positioned as cruelty-free, vegan, using as many natural ingredients as possible, producing locally whenever feasible, and focusing on health-oriented products. This clear brand positioning aligns with the lifestyle I'm trying to adopt, encapsulated by the consumer sociology concept "I am what I buy." It's quite hard and was at 10 degrees when I ate it, so it was a bit tough on the teeth. Be careful tasting this flavor in winter. The taste is just okay.

It’s impressive with 45g of protein and about 300 calories. The texture is quite dense, like a typical protein bar, so be careful with your teeth.

In Taiwan, I've tried their oat bars, which are sweet and filling—which is ok. However, their protein bars are no joke. Please see focus on producing more protein bars! They are absolutely delicious.

光看外表會覺得是一個很無趣的泡麵，但澳洲的泡麵都這種風格。連成分表都少了我們熟悉添加物，蠻乾淨的泡麵。口味是酸帶辣的很泰， 
Just by looking at the packaging, you might think it's a very plain instant noodle, but this is the typical style of Australian instant noodles. Even the ingredients list lacks the additives we're familiar with, making it a fairly clean instant noodle. The flavor is sour and spicy, very Thai.

說是麵包，但更近像台灣的蛋糕口感，好吃。西方麵包真的就是主食，有些麵包會很乾巴有嚼勁，這款真的就是很柔軟，更能夠接受。Although it's called bread, it has a texture closer to Taiwanese cake. It's delicious. Western bread is often quite dense and chewy, serving as a staple food. However, this one is very soft and much more palatable.

澳洲國民抹醬，帶鹹味富含維他命B，味道不差，但注意不要抹太多。我會配果醬。
Australia's national spread, salty and rich in vitamin B, tastes good but be careful not to spread too much. I like to pair it with jam.

It's goji berry, familiar to Chinese people! Although labeled as goji berry, it actually blends with the strawberry flavor and isn't particularly prominent.

日用品Daily Use

大陸型氣候的蜜糖乳液！在澳洲冬天睡前起床擦一遍皮膚直接吃進去，不粘很滋潤，也沒有香精，但抹太多皮膚會有一點卡卡。
In the Australian winter, apply it to your skin before bed and when you wake up. It absorbs well, is non-sticky, and very moisturizing without any added fragrance. However, if you apply too much, your skin might feel a bit tacky.

澳洲本土製作，有種在抹牛奶糖的感覺。
Made locally in Australia, it feels like spreading caramel.

雖說是美國的牌子，但比在台灣買還要便宜呢，也非常滋潤我在澳洲破裂的嘴皮子。
Although it's an American brand, it's cheaper here than in Taiwan, and it has been very effective in moisturizing my chapped lips in Australia.

• KIND, 雲朵腮紅 A$14.4 (藥房購入）👍

很美，上臉的效果有自然的紅暈感，動物友善的素食品牌，價格也很親切。回到台灣有點潮掉，不過不影響上色。
It's beautiful, giving a natural blush effect on the face. This animal-friendly vegan brand also offers a friendly price.

• Lululemon, mini shoulder bag A$85👍

加拿大牌子，但比台灣便宜很多呢，這個包大概價差600多臺幣。看來在澳洲這是一個親民的牌子（據觀察LJ才是澳洲的中產牌子）我在這聽到蠻多台灣口音的客人，但是意外的沒有會說中文的店員，所以大家還是會需要一點英文單字來溝通唷。
Although it's a Canadian brand, it's much cheaper here than in Taiwan, with a price difference of about 20 USD for this bag. It seems to be a budget-friendly brand in Australia.(based on my observation, LJ is the mid-range brand here) I heard quite a few customers with Taiwanese accents here, but surprisingly, there were no staff members who spoke Mandarin. So, you will still need to use some English words to communicate.

不愧是澳洲管狀潤唇膏之首選，滋潤不在話下，貼唇的出膏口也很絲滑。
No wonder it's the top choice for tube lip balm in Australia. It provides excellent moisture, and the applicator is very smooth.
